Open the PDF file below and print a copy the application from your computer. When you have finished filling it out, mail all your materials to the address on the application. This is the ONLY application you need to fill out for USD. Please mail your materials in a single envelope (see previous page). Transcripts may be mailed separately. We do not accept on-line or e-mailed applications.

You will be called for an audition after we have received all of your materials. Appointments can be made prior to transcripts arriving, however we must receive transcripts two weeks before your audition.

Audition consists of two two-minute monologues, one classical and one contemporary. No singing or dance auditions. Further audition information will be given when appointment is made.

San Francisco: February 8 & 9
San Diego: February 24 & 25
